About Our Program
Reaching For the Stars was founded in 2014. It is our goal to continue to help each child reach his or her potential. Our mission is to provide youth with knowledge and skills to improve their academic standing and achieve excellence in the world.

We prepare students for the challenges of the 21st century through technology and hands on age appropriate activities. To enable students to reach their highest potential by establishing a program that meets or exceeds government standards for education, providing programs that develop students for learning in a global, digital society.

In order to meet their goals, we offer after school tutoring. The program includes tutoring and enrichment services from
Elementary - High School.
“The mission of the program is to provide youth with knowledge and skills to improve their academics,” said Flora Brooks, the founder of Reaching for the Stars. “And what we hope to do is do one-on-one (tutoring) to improve academic performance and improve attitudes towards learning and school and encourage self-pace.”
